UPDATE:

Featureprice.com ate the dust. They went out of business. I'm now using JTAN.com and they're hosting unixfool.com for me. So far, I'm happy. Stay tuned while I attempt to convert all my old pages and links to unixfool.com!

Table of Contents

The meaning of WIGGLIT What's with the nick? Click the link on the left for an explanation. I also go by the nick of 'NipponDSM', where 'Nippon' stands for my location and 'DSM' means Diamond Star Motors, a car manufacturing consortium that is now extinct. To find out more about DSMs, go to Club DSM.
Journal of my web changes, anything computer-related, rants and musings.
This is mosty an experiment. My Xanga account is just the basic free account. There's not much you can configure, unless you upgrade your account, and that's not free. I'd heard that Blosxom offered software that you could tweak without having to pay, so I gave it a try. This also gave me the opportunity to work with PHP. I'll be constantly working on this site.
What programs I use to create, edit, and post my pages; who hosts my domain; what ideas I have for my site.
I decided to start a WebRing for Zaurus Linux PDA owners that have websites. With Zaurus resources expanding, it was still hard to find crucial data. The WebRing is an attempt to consolidate websites that may or may not contain FAQs, tips, or interesting data. Please join, even if you feel your site is modest...the data on your site may be what someone is looking for!
Who is Lop.com? Who is C2 Media Limited? Why's my browser acting funny? My browser is hijacked!!! That's what I was asking and saying when this happened to me. Take a look and read if you aren't familiar with them. If you ARE familiar with them and your browser's been hijacked, go to the link. There's a fix...a very simple one. Fix your box, then email C2 Media Limited at webmaster@lop.com or support@lop.com to let them know how dissatisfied you are that something was installed onto your system without your permission.
I found little information on the web regarding installing Linux onto a Toshiba Satellite 1805-S274. What info I used to get my Linux up and running is posted on this page.
The theme for this page is my 1991 Eagle Talon AWD. It contains pictures, modifications, and racing events.
This page contains pictures of the motorcycles I've owned and my impressions of them, my favorite cycles, and a few words of advice for riders in general.
This page contains pictures of the cars I've owned and my impressions of them.
This page lists all my hobbies and is subdivided into categories which are self-explanatory. The PSX/PS2 link includes a PSX video, which was captured during a replay of a race. The Photography link is actually a directory of images and this should suffice until I get into the HTML for that page.
My Linux soapbox...enjoy.
This page lists all of my visits to drag strips (Pomona, Carlsbad, and Palmdale. Drag strip performance data is also listed
These links are quite old and this link and page may be terminated in the near future. The links contain the car pages of my IRC friends.
A few links based on cars and computers are listed here. This page is also quite old and may be removed soon.
I talk about my Japan/military experiences on these pages. Some of my discussions aren't all that festive, so beware. I have received emails from people that were due to live here and they were very curious about my comments. Pleas keep in mind that this is only one man's opinions and that other opinions may vary.
One of my hobbies are flying computer simulations. EECH is one of these and I liked the game so much that I dedicated a page for it and included some pilot and helicopter textures. These links are mainly for people new to the sim. The main page also has a very large EECH links table that may come in handy for both new and veteran players.
You could call this my bio or 'About Me' page. It's a very brief summary of my life. This page is for those of you who want some info on the man behind WIGGLIT.com. This page also serves as an information page for my high school classmates that see me listed at classmates.com
AAFES in the Pacific area isn't all that good. My experiences with them are very negative. Read all about it here.
Many people in the car performance world don't truly know what the word "stock" means. I illustrate that on these pages. These are mostly clippings from mailing list posts that support my thinking that stock Mitsubishi Eclipses, Eagle Talons, and Plymouth Lasers (turbo versions) average between 14.9 to 15.9 quartermile times. Click on the link and read more if you think this will interest you.
You'd have to click on this link and actually read it because I cannot begin to explain this topic in a brief manner. I wrote a letter to a car magazine and posted their response to my letter.
WIGGLIT's Archives If you like pictures of japanese high performance cars, you'll definitely like this site. Yes, its an actual site instead of a link on this page. The site contains pictures related to cars and sumo wrestling. The picture files are of high quality and some are fairly large in size. Some are from magazines that I scanned. Some are from car VHS tapes that I captured using my computer's video capture card. Some are live pictures (the sumo ones). I hope you enjoy this site...I've put a lot of work behind it by just scanning the pictures, cropping and posting them to the site. Enjoy!
Ron's Home Page Ron's Home Page WAS my main site, the site I'd been maintaining since 1998. This site is now being slowly shut down and its viewers are being directed to WIGGLIT.com. You will find that the site on the left's home page is very similar to this one, though WIGGLIT.com has a far more conservative atmosphere. If any links are down on this site, you can go to Ron's Home Page and browse it until you've found the same link/information.

Resumes

I wanted to include my resumes, of course. I'm basically looking for an IT-type job, but also consider myself a good technical writer. I'm also interested in webmastering, as you can see. I hope to either become a journalist, webmaster, or computer hardware specialist. I'd wanted to become a software programmer but can no longer keep up with the numerous languages in the computer field. I've coded in C/C++ in the past but didn't use the language all that much and forgot a lot about it.

This site is a work in progress. Please bear with the webmaster in creating a site that serves everyone, including himself.
